Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In the same condition as received

• With all original tags attached

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for creating and paying for their own return label.
We do not cover return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Perishable or hygiene-related goods

Exchanges

To make an exchange, please return the item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process the refund.
